You can contact us on 07837 569193 or at Info@ringstones-mts.co.uk.
2. Changes to these terms and to the site
We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time, as the version in force at the time you use the site is the version that applies. We may also update, change or withdraw any part of the site, including any content on it, without notice.
3. Using our site
We provide access to this site free of charge. We do not guarantee that the site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict availability of all or part of the site for business or operational reasons, and will try to give reasonable notice where we can.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to access the site, and for ensuring that everyone who accesses it through your internet connection is aware of these terms and complies with them.
4. Acceptable use
You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- use the site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or that is fraudulent or has a fraudulent purpose or effect;
- use the site to send, knowingly receive, upload or transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or otherwise objectionable;
- send unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material through our contact form or to our email addresses;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it;
- use any automated system to scrape, copy, monitor or extract content from the site without our written consent; or
- do anything that interferes with the proper working of the site or that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
We may report any breach of these restrictions to the relevant authorities and will co-operate with them by disclosing your identity where required. We may withdraw your right to use the site if you breach these terms.
5. Intellectual property
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in this site and in the material published on it, including text, layout, graphics, photographs and our logo. Those works are protected by copyright and other laws and treaties. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and download extracts, of any page from our site for your own reference or to share internally with colleagues in connection with a genuine enquiry. You must not modify copies of any materials you have printed or downloaded, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs or graphics separately from any accompanying text.
Our status as authors of the content must always be acknowledged. You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence from us. Any brand, machine or manufacturer names used on this site are the trade marks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the machines we service and support; their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those manufacturers.
6. Information on this site is not advice
The content on our site is provided for general information only. It is not advice on which you should rely, and it is not a substitute for a proper inspection of your machine or a written recommendation from us. Machine tools vary widely in condition, specification and application, and guidance that suits one machine may be unsafe or unsuitable for another.
Before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of content on our site, please contact us so we can advise on your specific machine and circumstances. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep information on our site up to date, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content is accurate, complete or current.
7. Enquiries, quotations and services
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. Indications of the services we provide, coverage areas, response arrangements or typical work are illustrative and do not form part of any contract.
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract between us and does not guarantee that we will be able to attend, quote or take on the work. Any quotation we issue is subject to inspection and to our separate terms and conditions of business, which will be provided with or referred to in that quotation and which govern the supply of our services. In the event of any conflict between those terms of business and these Terms of Use in relation to services supplied, those terms of business take precedence.
Where we describe emergency or breakdown support, response times depend on engineer availability, distance, parts and site access, and are agreed case by case rather than guaranteed by this site.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations and other terms that might otherwise be implied into these Terms of Use, and we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising under or in connection with:
- use of, or inability to use, our site; or
- use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site.
In particular, we will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business or revenue; business interruption or machine downtime; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this site.
This section does not affect our liability in respect of services we actually supply to you, which is dealt with in our separate terms and conditions of business. If you are a consumer, this section does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Viruses and security
We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your own technology and using your own virus protection software. You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, and you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site or any connected system.
10. Linking to our site
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not frame our site on any other site. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
11. Third-party links and content
Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, including our LinkedIn and Google Business profiles and our parent company, those links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
12. Privacy and cookies
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we handle personal data and what cookies we use.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the law of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
14. General
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Our failure to insist on strict performance of any of these terms, or any delay in exercising a right, will not be a waiver of that right. A person who is not a party to these terms has no right to enforce them.
